Pottery table Lamp – Mare and Foal – 1950/60s
A charming ceramic table lamp depicting a chestnut mare (or is she a Bay?) with her affectionately nuzzling foal.
A tree stump at the rear forms the light pedestal.
The light fitment itself is quite old and will need replacing or thoroughly checking by a qualified electrician.
There is no makers mark but the general quality seems to be of quite a high standard
and has been hand decorated in realistic colours.
